Must-haves:
- 7+ years of experience in a construction superintendent or senior project manager position
- Experience working with quality control and inspections
- Management experience – will work with small crews often
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Plusses:
- Experience working on luxury/high end residential properties and multifamily rentals
- College degree in a construction related field
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Performing quality control and inspecting all aspects of the construction project
- Helping with all phases of construction as necessary to bring the project on time
- Working closely with the project manager over the project to ensure timely completion
