Construction Lead Shore Pull Trenching

We have a current opportunity for a Construction Lead on a contract basis. The position will be based in Qatar. For further information about this position please apply. Key Accountabilities: • Focal point at site, for promoting and implementing safety on construction site. Implement the safety observations reporting and monitoring. • Assist Offshore Head of shorepull & trenching Construction in executing Project responsibilities for the shorepull & trenching & relevant onshore scope of work. • Supervise & monitor all construction, liftings and trenching & shore pull related activities of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule. • Effective coordination & communication for shorepull & trenching & related onshore site activities and provide technical support with contractor, quality, safety, planning and engineering. • Additionally, monitor daily progress & reporting for onshore construction, direct and supervise Contractor, ensuring strict adherence to procedures and any changes to scope. Provide technical support and supervision for microtunneling works, pipeline and cables installation. • Ensure & supervise the shorepull & trenching construction input into gate deliverables and site implementation. • Ensure all approved documents for shorepull & trenching & relevant onshore construction, shore pull, pipelay and cable lay are adhered to at site and any deviation is discussed in timely manner in accordance with the EPC contract requirements.
