- The position holder always knows the latest information about offers and facilities in the hotel
- and about events in the region.
- In addition to the traditionally known tasks of a concierge, the K concierge has also to handle
- resident and nonresident guest requests including laundry delivery and pick up, take away orders
- from the food and beverage outlets, and purchase of hotel vouchers.
