Completions Specialist

1. Works with Company PMT Construction and Quality personnel to ensure that inspection and
testing gaps between Commissioning phase and Construction phase are addressed and that
Construction and Quality activities are also being tracked properly
Key Job Accountabilities (Max 10, each unique, exclude generic)
2. Central point for scheduling walkdowns and punchlist consolidation meetings at site
3. Support Compnay PMT team members by generating reports
4. Supports Pioneer Camp Contractor with completion of Site Acceptance Packages prior to
handover including following up on a day to day basis with closeout of critical activities
preventing final handover of facility or Areas
5. Generates regular reports which tracks work progress and helps identify issues preventing
progress
6. Punchlist items are accurately describing deficiency and required rectification as well as
accurately classified per project punchlist procedure
7. Prepares weekly report inputs
8. Actively manages punchlist from Company perspective at site. Responsible to ensure that
Company has verified or rejected Pioneer Camp Contractor s punchlist rectification activities
