- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Supporting with Monthly payroll and analyzing data
- Proving Monthly report as per the business requirement
- Should be very good in excel, power point and in vast data handling
- preferably with a domain knowledge in HR (data oriented role – reporting) or Finance
