Job Description
Accountabilities: • Asan SME, lead development of effective trading compliance andmonitoring programs. • Provide compliance supportand advice to the trading business, across both financial andphysical commodity products. • Advise andimplement applicable business conduct standards and monitorcompliance to policies, rules and regulations such as MiFid, REMIT,EMIR, MAR and Dodd Frank, as well as AML, Market Abuse, andsanctions that are applicable to the TradingBusiness. • Advise the business on regulatorychanges that impact the tradingbusiness. • Liaise with local and internationalregulatory bodies along with the Group Head ofCompliance.
