Commi IRD specialist

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for in-room dining orders, ensuring all food is presented in a timely and visually appealing manner

• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration guest preferences and dietary restrictions

• Work closely with the Room Service team to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally

• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the in-room dining experience for our guests

• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commi IRD or in a similar role

• Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
