- Provide preliminary cost advice to establish budgets
- Guide and manage the establishment of project specific cost planning and bill of quantities as well as the cost control systems including cost reports, cash flow projections and change management systems
- Monitor cost implications and advise Clients on value management and engineering strategies
- Manage cost estimation & planning in the pre-contract stage
- Provide advice on suitable tendering/procurement strategies and types of contracts
