Job Description

- Maintaining all kitchen equipment (refrigerators, dishwashers, ice machines, electric ovens, and coffee machines)
- Maintaining water systems and drains
- Inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing equipment when necessary
- Installing and repairing equipment when required
- Carrying out minor plumbing and electrical work
- Coordinating outside vendor repairs.
- Full electricians license or electro-mechanical license
- Minimum 3 years in a retail environment within project or facilities management
- Good general maintenance knowledge especially in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
- Must have a valid driving license
- Excellent communication skills
