Job Description

Were seeking a motivated and aspiring Junior Account Executive to join our internal accounts team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in supporting the accounts team with various tasks aiding in the seamless execution of advertising campaigns and gaining valuable exposure to the workings of client management and project coordination. This position serves as an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the advertising industry to grow their skills and contribute to our agencys success.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with senior account executives and account managers to assist in managing client projects and campaigns.
  • Aid in the development and preparation of client presentations proposals and project briefs.
  • Assist in the coordination of project timelines deliverables and internal resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to contribute to strategic campaign planning and creative development.
  • Help maintain accurate project records documents and communication logs.
  • Support the accounts team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings taking meeting minutes and tracking project progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and relevant market information.
  • Embrace learning opportunities and actively seek ways to expand your understanding of account management and advertising processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Passion for the advertising industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to take initiative and assist with various aspects of account management.
