Job Description

As an Account Manager you will be a pivotal part of our accounts team reporting directly to the Account Director. Your role will involve managing client relationships driving project coordination and ensuring that advertising campaigns are executed seamlessly. With your exceptional organizational skills and clientfocused mindset you will contribute to the success of our agency and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the Account Director to develop and execute advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing their needs concerns and inquiries.
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including creative production and strategy to meet client goals.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports and performance updates to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth within client accounts.
  • Foster positive client relationships through attentive communication and exceptional service.
  • Keep informed about industry trends and best practices integrating insights into client strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
  • years of experience in account management within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented mindset and commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Familiarity with advertising strategies creative processes and media planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build client relationships.
