About the Role
.
To provide operational and sales support clients to on board and ensure that they are able to better understand the full potential of the company's financial products.

Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
.
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
.
Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for our new clients.
.
Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
.
Analyze and resolve clients’ issues promptly.
.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
.
Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
.
Bilingual (Arabic – English).
.
Minimum of 2 years working experience.
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
.
Effective communication skills.
.
Exceptional customer service skills.
.
2 year minimum experience, advantage given to candidates within the Financial Services Sector.
.
Strong skills in Customer Service, Analytical and Organizational.
.
Knowledge in AMLA, FOREX Trading will be a plus.
.
Must be residing in Kuwait.
