- Drive and lead stewardship for Publicis Sapient clients in the region, acting as their PS leader and ensuring profitable YoY Growth. Measure of success will include
- Increasing sales pipeline with existing and new buying centres
- Conversion of sales pipeline in line with Sold as Margin targets
- Erosion of less than 3% against Sold as Margin targets (Delivered as Margin)
- Targets for booked revenue and recognized revenue.
- Team morale and happiness
