- Develop, shape, pursue and deliver profitable business opportunities across in KSA across government in the field of complex case management and service transformation;
- Account and relationship management with key clients and stakeholders in KSA;
- Accountable for achieving and assigned New Business revenue and profit targets;
- Work with growth and functions to create innovative ideas and strategies to differentiate Serco to convert business, using client knowledge and understanding - e.g. local partnerships, strategic supplier relationships, JVs, new commercial models etc.
- Fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities to achieve both the short, and long-term company's aspirational growth;
- Work closely with the bid engine to ensure a timely and quality submissions of all concerned bids
