Civil Inspector

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

• Working within the Civil team to ensure that the Buildings projects will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract.
• Working with site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working on the construction site.
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in civil works connected to high rise tower / 5 star hotel projects.
• Making Inspector level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.
• Being familiar with the Civil's methods of inspection and recording of outcomes
• Excellent written and communication skills (English), time management, and collaboration skills.
• Being able to prepare and complete reports and documents related to inspection works to feed into project status reports.
• Handling strict deadlines and milestones through Project Management techniques.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 + years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience by working within a Consultancy/Supervision environment.

Project experience gained from working on iconic buildings and bridges will be of particular interest.

It will be highly regarded if you have strong experience in VIP Building projects (such as luxury hotels).
