- To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor the spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown, Emergency tasks, abnormal readings, or issues in the water-cooled chillers. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance work. Competent to operate water-cooled chillers, cooling towers and provide readings & records on a daily basis.
