- Several years of experience at a senior level or similar role in the engineering department on board cruise ships or large private yachts, in luxury hotels or on large private estates. Experience of organizing and managing a maintenance team of more than 20+ persons : able to oversee construction works and manage projects independently Experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer within a facilities management role OR Project oversight with a program for the delivery of high value and quality results associated with either hospitals, airports or other major facilities. Experience in the management of hotel mechanical/electrical systems and their operation is an advantage Gulf experience essential for this role Get in touch
