In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our sales organization across EMEA region. You will be a key member of the executive team, providing strategic insights and leadership to achieve ambitious sales goals and market share expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the EMEA region, fostering a results-oriented and customer-centric culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion for our laboratory diagnostics portfolio.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, laboratory directors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the EMEA market.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the laboratory diagnostics space.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, R&D, Operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the medical device or laboratory diagnostics industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing sales teams in a regional or global capacity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA laboratory diagnostics market landscape, customer segmentation, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment and manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, Spanish etc.) is a plus.
