As we continue to grow and expand we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Compliance Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

As the Corporate Compliance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the clubs compliance with applicable laws regulations and policies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the clubs operations are in line with legal and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate compliance excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting integrity and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the clubs adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and ensure the clubs compliance.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
Investigate any reported or suspected violations of compliance and take appropriate action.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of compliance activities.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure compliance with regulations policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including government agencies and industry associations.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the clubs compliance program.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the sports industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate compliance laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and compliance software.
Professional certification in compliance such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

This is a fulltime position with working hours from Insert working hours. The Corporate Compliance Manager may be required to work on weekends or outside regular hours to meet deadlines or handle urgent matters.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms.
