- Be a hands-on commercial leader, comfortable sitting in an individual contributor-style role while looking to build and scale the team
- Build on the commercial strategy and execute on it alongside the wider C-Suite team
- Manage the sales process with customers from start to finish, establish good relationships with potential partners, be the internal voice for customers & and explore solutions for a scalable approach for commercial partnerships.
- Drive conversations from the initial pitch to the signed offtake agreement
- Recruit and scale the commercial team from scratch
