- Oversees and guides his/her team with beneficial instructions and advice.
- Oversees procedures and provides guidance and input when teams or departments are designing new processes or procedures for conducting work.
- Receives feedback from different teams and departments about new processes and makes adjustments accordingly.
- Assists with employment decisions; the hiring and termination decisions for his/her teams.
- Leads launches when the Group launches a new product or service.
- Works with the marketing, advertising, and other relevant departments to ensure projects are on track and the launch is anticipated to go as intended.
- Assesses customer satisfaction by using customer feedback to help establish new practices for the sales and marketing departments.
