- Preparing meal ingredients for the Cook, which includeswashing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
- Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies fromdelivery trucks.
- Properly washing and dryingall dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cuttingboards.
- Neatly putting away all utensils,cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respectiveplaces.
- Packing take-out orders asneeded.
- Removing garbage, replacing garbagebags, and washing garbage cans.
- Mopping andsweeping the kitchen areas as required.
- Storing ingredients and food items according to foodsafety standards.
