Job Description
Education and training:
Degree in culinary arts or related field. Obtain a certificate from a culinary school or a recognized training program in the field of pastry.
Experience:
Previous experience working in the field of preparing pastries and sweets. Previous experience between 2 to 5 years is preferred.
Culinary skills:
The ability to prepare and implement different types of pastries and sweets with skill and creativity.
Innovation:
Ability to develop and renew pastry recipes and decorate them creatively.
Commitment to cleanliness:
Adherence to hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen, especially in pastry preparation operations.
Teamwork:
Ability to work as part of a kitchen team and interact effectively with the Chef and other team members.
