- Provenexperience in a Chef de Partie role
- Excellentuse of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment andprocesses
- Ability to multitask and workefficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of bestcooking practices
- Culinary schooldiploma
- Preparemenus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensureadequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available(vegetables, spices etc.)
- Follow the guidanceof the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways ofpresentation or dishes
- Put effort inoptimizing the cooking process with attention to speed andquality
- Enforce strict health and hygienestandards
- Help to maintain a climate of smoothand friendly cooperation
