- Meet and exceed customer service and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! Service and teamwork.
- Assist in the planning of menus and recipes.
- Prepare working station, mis-en-place, check working set-up and mis-en-place of assigned staff.
- Supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner service and ensure correct sequence of service.
- Monitor and control the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and equipment.
- Supervise all food preparation, production and presentation to ensure consistency in food quality in accordance with the hotel's standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.
