Job Description

- Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems, air-conditioning system, fire fighting system as well as other building services
- Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP on utility services and compliance issues
- Monitor total facility maintenance including civil and electricity
- Conduct monitoring and tracking of daily power consumption
- Initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimise equipment breakdown and power failure
- Ensure that new installations and maintenance tasks are safe, correct and legal
