We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site manager to oversee installation and supervise the construction teams and contractors.
You must have as a minimum:
SSSTS
Green CSCS
First Aid qualification (in date)
Driving Licence
Previous multi trade experience (or Joinery background)
Ideally with 3 years of experience of working on projects ranging from 5k - 1m.
To control the site from a site management level.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
Maintaining the site health & safety file to include carrying out site inductions, understanding RAMS, site H&S audits, producing site progress reports identifying any risk.
To be able to coordinate trades on site to assure programme and quality is met.Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Analysing and understanding site plans and designs to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, quality and budget specifications
Recommending changes to installations operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
