You’ll make an impact by
- SI China channel transparency and analysis, track channel market activity；
- Organize SI level partner promotion activities or conferences；
- Lead SI partner yearly training plan and execution；
- Joint define channel policy, and promote channel partner development；
- Define SI channel rule and implement relevant market discipline management；
- Define SI partner development plan and process；
- Partner KA management;
- Manage and optimize channel systems, processes and documentation;
- Monitor channel business monthly / quarterly performance and improve channel productivity as well as efficiency ;
