- Leading all key aspects of building and executing of the Company’s marketing strategy across CEE markets and shaping a multi-year roadmap for the brand to deliver on the Company’s strategy and growth plans, in line with key brand values, positioning, and communication guidelines
- Preparing a comprehensive strategic plan for building brand awareness among key partners, their executives and consumers in CEE markets as well as working country-specific actions plans aligned with the overall strategic plan
