- Strong database administration experience specifically using Cassandra
- Performance tuning of Cassandra clusters to support high read/write throughput while minimizing latency.
- Plan, test, and execute standard cluster maintenance activities & Cassandra version upgrades
- Familiar with other platforms (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
