Become the ambassador and the orchestrator of Qatar Airways Cargo VISION 2027. As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Network Planning Team in Doha as a Cargo Interline & Partnerships Manager. The role includes: In this role, you will responsible to create, maintain and develop cargo partnerships with other airlines. You will identify potential airline partners to develop traffic at mutually beneficial conditions and strategically develop cargo business with passenger airline strategic-alliance and equity partners. Role and Responsibilities .

Lead the development of business with partner airlines at mutually beneficial commercial conditions considering QR strategic requirements. .

Analyze the benefits of each partnership potential to the customers, partners and Qatar Airways .

Prepare all partnerships related business case, memo (Excel & PowerPoint) for c-suites .

Manage all legal requirement pertaining to setting up a partnership; NDA, Commercial Agreement, Competition filing, etc. .

Lead the development and continuous improvement of interline policies and processes through engagement and cooperation with internal departments and airline partners. .

Manage revenue increase initiatives through interline sales on capacity where it is beneficial to the QR network and partnership. .

Support Manager Cargo Strategic Partnerships to create tactical plans to meet commercial objectives as set by management and provide feedback on the performance of these commercial objectives regularly in a structured way. .

Use professional network and industry sources to continuously identify opportunities and initiate action to further develop interline business. .

Lead a team of specialists, set targets and direction, manage their performance and contribute towards their professional development and growth within the organization.
