Your Role:
Perform evaluations and re-certifications, and direct therapy treatment
Involve patient/families in home education/exercise program
Complete visit documentation utilizing Health Trust Software
Schedule patient visits to meet plan of care
Adhere to agency timelines for successful completion of all paperwork as needed
Supervise COTAs as needed
Attend team meetings
- Flexibility is key, need to be available for after-school visits
- Available Monday -Friday
COMPENSATION RATE: Dependent upon experience
Therapist with no prior therapy experience, range starts at $60/visit $93k/year
Requirements
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist Texas License
Current CPR certification
Personal Texas auto liability insurance
