Cafe Supervisor

• Manage all aspects of caf operations including scheduling shifts menu engineering inventory management and customer service to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  
• Implement strategies to minimize wastage and maximize profitability while maintaining highquality standards.
  
• Train and supervise caf staff providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.
  
• Oversee the setup and launch of the new booth ensuring smooth operations from day one.
  
• Monitor and analyze caf performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth and profitability.
  
• Maintain a clean organized and inviting caf environment adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a caf concept including scheduling shifts menu engineering inventory management and customer service.
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Arabic and English.
  
• Handson approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Must be locally available in Kuwait.
