Butlers

We are currently seeking dedicated and gracious Butlers to be a part of our clients * hotel in Doha Qatar

As a Butler  you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of personalized service to our guests

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Relations Build strong relationships with guests ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met throughout their stay
2. Personalized Service Provide tailored and anticipatory services such as packing/unpacking arranging transportation and fulfilling special requests to create memorable guest experiences
3. Room Preparation Ensure guest rooms are immaculately prepared and stocked with amenities and that any requested items are delivered promptly
4. Dining Assistance Coordinate inroom dining services including setting up and serving meals and beverages ensuring a seamless dining experience
5. Concierge Services Offer expert advice on local attractions activities and dining options and assist with reservations and ticket bookings
6. Valet and Wardrobe Services Assist guests with valet services and ensure their wardrobe needs including clothing care and pressing are addressed promptly
7. Privacy and Security Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality while also ensuring their safety and security

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or private residence is highly desirable
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service
• Must be eligible to work in Qatar
