Our clients Qatar and Abu Dhabi are looking for a competent and energetic individual with prior work experience as a Butlers.

A Butlers duties primarily ensuring overall guest satisfaction by assuring tentative guest service.

Requirements

• Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival.
• Ensuring overall satisfaction by assuring tentative guest service.
• Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relation to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Active participation in trainings provided by the Employer and establish performance and development goals for the team
• Familiarize in compliance state and local laws and safety regulations.
