Responsibilities:
- Lead regional and global ‘continuous process improvement’ initiatives in partnership with BGES team, functional team and regional counterparts
- Lead regional sustainability initiatives in collaboration with country focal, and implement best practices from other regions
- Assist in preparation and presentation of monthly internal and external reporting
- Perform data analysis pertaining to office operations, financial data, KPIs and cost allocation rates
- Lead and implement project management best practices, oversee regional facilities projects and periodic status reporting
