Business Intelligence Manager

• Contributes to the development of Resal Data Management strategy and leadership.
  

• Develop and implement the Business intelligence process procedures and policies.
  

• Gathering organizing and analyzing large amounts of data.
  

• Understanding business requirements and supporting decisionmakers by delivering informative insights and solutions.
  

• Data visualization dashboards and management reports.
  

• Identifying BI solutions/technologies that could be useful to the organization.
  

• Advocate a Data culture.
  

• Managing projects/budgets for BI.
  

• Ensure access to data reporting tools and portals is granted to the right people for the right situation.
  

• Data integration with other business applications.
  

• Vendor selection/management.
  

• Dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  

• Complies with all relevant safety quality and environmental management policies procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science information system statistics or equivalent.
  

• 4 years of Business Intelligence experience
  

• Experienced in Business Intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Qlik etc.)
  

• Experienced in SQL Python data modeling and ETL tools
  

• Knowledge of data management/governance
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  

• Understanding of Advanced Analytics and Data Science
  

• Experience in the Fintech industry is desirable.
