- Manage renewal process while uncovering and closing upsell opportunities for our Microsoft business unit SMB accounts.
- Familiarity of Microsoft software solutions and cloud computing technologies
- Use strategic approach to evaluate prospects needs and match them with suitable solutions
- Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel within the CRM system.
- Experience selling to government entities or official bodies within Europe.
- Hit daily activity targets
