Business Development Manager - MUQAWLAT KUWAIT

Conducting research and analyzing data to identify the sales leads. Build contacts with new clients through Telephone and email and seek the primary appointment. Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment/Placement opportunities. Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them. Keep prospective client database updated as per company CRM. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Research online platforms to identify new leads and the potential of the market. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attending conferences meetings and industry events. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone email and in person. Developing sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met. Frequently meeting clients to submit and receive business transactions. Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration (or related field) with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in outsourcing and staffing services.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Customer Relationship Management and Internet search.
• Must possess strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• CRM experience is preferred.
