Business Development Manager/ International Recruitment Manager ApplyBoard

ApplyBoard is a missiondriven hypergrowth organization that simplifies the study abroad search application and acceptance process. They are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/ International Recruitment Manager focusing on Muscat and Kuwait to join their Sales team.

• Represent the ApplyBoard brand to promote ApplyBoard services to agents international educators and prospective students
• Increase international student enrollment by recruiting through education agencies from diverse regions
• Negotiate terms of engagement provide training and maintain communication with recruitment partners
• Conduct presentations in the local marketplace to promote ApplyBoard
• Implement marketing and recruitment strategies to maximize international student outreach
• Proactively reach out to recruitment partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or postsecondary institutions in Canada
• Postsecondary education or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a teambased environment
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Experience working with educational consultants and CRM systems is an asset
