NESFircroft are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for its Qatar based client who is a services and solutions company for offshore work. The incumbent will be working alongside the Business Development Manager and liaising with the other stakeholders. Job Profile • Develop and implement BD strategy for market segment in Qatar • Identify leads and build strong relationships within the entire sales cycle • Build and maintain client network, close opportunities into projects by getting the contracts signed • Serving client needs by participating in tenders and creating fitting proposals Requirements • MSc or BSc Degree with a focus on either Business or Engineering • Demonstrable experience of 5+ years of which 3+ years within sales or business development roles • Strong background in an offshore and/or marine industry • Background with technology and offshore services and equipment • Willingness to travel as often as required • Office 365 and CRM skills to meet the needs of this dynamic role • Middle East experience preferred • Must have ideally had some exposure to offshore
