- Participate in developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Effectively promote company’s services and be able to predict clients’ needs.
- Prepare sales contracts/agreements while ensuring adherence to company-established rules and guidelines as well as profitability targets.
- Negotiate prices and contracts’ terms
- Initiate to solve customers’ conflicts through effective negations while ensuring customers’ satisfaction and company’s profitability at a time.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship to develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
- Explore new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects, ensuring a maximum penetration of Posta Plus Group into the market.
