Job Description

Set team schedule (timing and vacation) to ensure full coverage and maximize peak hour and seasonality
.
Coordinate with the HR Manager to recruit the staff and anticipate recruitment needs
.
Assess the team to develop them accordingly (strength, weaknesses, trainings)
.
Conduct appraisals in line with regional HR guidelines
.
Motivate the team to meet target and save guard team building spirit
.
Make sure that standards for quality and customer service are met
