Desired Candidate Profile

• Apply a proactive approach to ensure that services to our internal and external customers are of the highest quality at all times. • Deliver regular Health and Safety inductions to the business encompassing Business Continuity and Display Screen Equipment processes and risk assessments. • Be responsible for Business Continuity testing and subsequent report delivery following exercises. • Emergency key holder supporting the Facilities Manager with out-of-hours call outs. • Drive environmental awareness projects and deliver noteworthy quality communications and reports. • Be proactively involved in Corporate Social Responsibility within the organization and work with the internal CSR team. • Provide support to the Facilities Manager and Front of House Team Leader as required. • Maintain the internal and external postal service process including management of courier deliveries. • Be responsible for the BMS, provide reports and identify improvement areas where we can manage the premises more effectively and/or efficiently.
