Monitor and supervise the Low Voltage and Special Systems Works associated with the project in relation to quality, requirements and standards. The LV systems include but are not limited to;

oCCTV

oAccess Control / Security

oFire Alarm

oBMS

oPA/VA

oICT Systems

oDigital Score Board System

oTelecommunication

oAudio / Visual

oStructured Cabling System

oWireless infrastructure, wireless access point

Liaise with the team of Electrical Engineers and Electrical Inspectors in attending scheduled inspections via Work Inspection Requests, and provide accurate inspection comments related to the electrical works;

.

Monitor Contractor's performance concerning the LV and Special System Works against approved Method Statements and ITPs;

.

Monitor the LV and Special Systems Works inspection and testing look-ahead schedules and report to the Senior Electrical Engineer;

.

Liaise with the Electrical Engineer for the Electrical Inspectors’ attendance to inspections of materials delivered to site for the use in the LV and Special System Works, and ensure compliance to project requirements;

.

Liaise with the Electrical Engineer to coordinate the Electrical Inspector’s team in supervising and inspection installation, testing, in accordance with project requirements;

.

Ensure suitability and fitness for use of Inspection, Measuring, and Testing Equipment related to LV and Special Systems;

.

Conduct surveillance and regular walkthroughs of the Site to ascertain that LV and Special Systems Works are proceeding in accordance with requirements.

.

Report any potential problems, issues, and deficiencies related to the LV and Special Systems Works to the Senior Electrical Engineer in a timely manner;

.

Check the daily record produced by the Electrical Inspectors and report the daily physical progress of LV and Special Systems works made by the Contractor;

.

Assist the Senior Electrical Engineer in the preparation of the monthly Project Status Report as per SC and PMCM requirements;

.

Conduct Off-Site visits or inspections for the LV and Special Systems Works as per the approved IPT, when instructed by Senior Electrical Engineer;

.

Conduct snagging and re-snagging (as necessary) of the LV and Special Systems Works declared to be complete by the Contractor.
