Job Description

Reports to BioMedical Engineering Manager and Head of BioMedical Engineering
Projects daily. Accurately performs all administrative and clerical tasks assigned to them.
Verify and ensure medical equipment asset inventory and records are upto date and
accurate. Submit monthly reports to the Head of BioMedical Engineering Maintenance
for review and approval.
Closely monitor and coordinate with Vendors timely execution of works such as
deliveries installations enduser trainings and invoice submissions and submit reports to
head of biomedical engineering projects monthly review and approval.
Closely monitor and track status of all Tenders RFQs Purchase Orders and Contracts to
ensure target delivery and completion timelines are achieved and submit monthly reports
to the Head of BioMedical Engineering Projects for review and approval.
Monitor and constant followups with Vendors for all pending invoices of completed
works such as delivery installation and final acceptance related to BioMedical
Engineering Department.
Proactively supports Resource No. 5.
Supports and contributes to the Biomedical Engineers on all administrative and clerical
tasks in technical and commercial evaluation worksheets reports as needed.
Must be able to make presentations in PDF PowerPoint or other formats regarding new
Health Center projects tender status existing and new equipment delivery installation
maintenance service contracts KPIs and other important matters to PHCC higher
management as needed by the Head of BioMedical Engineering Projects.
Any administrative and clerical works required by BioMedical Engineering Manager and
Head of BioMedical Engineering Projects.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Must be excellent in MS Office Tools Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
