- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field or 3 years’ experience on similar position
- Basic understanding of financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (functions, PIVOT tables)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle and analyze large data sets.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- SAP knowledge and Czech language is the advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong self-time-management and organizational skills
- Dedication to continuous process improvement and development.
