Job Description

- Work with the bid team to complete the PQQ's during the PQ phase and organize the tender construction methodology submission workload.
- Work with the bid team to complete the technical proposal during the bid phase.
- Arrange and coordinator with other company departments and gather all information relevant to the project.
- Scrutinize, evaluate, and understand all information and documentation as included with the tender package.
- Collaborate with the planning department to prepare very detailed programs following a thorough review of all tender documentation, highlighting any constrains and risks to completion timelines.
- Gather information and write accurate, well-formatted, and well-presented content for all tender submission.
- Engage fully with the estimating team to identify specific project risk, resolve proposed methodologies, and agree with resource requirements.
- Develop logistics plans and overall construction methodologies.
- Create 3D&4D computer-generated imagery in collaboration with the BIM department.
