The successful candidate will:
• Prepare analysis of company costs under medical, drug, and dental welfare plans for use of actuarial valuations and annual cost reviews.
• Reconcile corporate welfare benefit liability accounts on monthly basis.
• Allocate monthly welfare benefit costs for active and retiree populations to company business units.
• Assist in developing COBRA, accounting accruals, and employee contribution rates for the company’s medical and dental plans.
• Prepare HR Services annual budget. Work with the divisions to review and agree on chargeback allocation methods. Generate and monitor monthly responsibility reports and prepare variance reports against budget.
