What you will be doing?

- To produce from basic to sophisticated coffee/latte arts
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and specialty beverages
- To educate customers about brewing methods/coffee flavours and aroma
- To highlight and suggest coffee points
- To come up with creative approach when it comes to coffee creation
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to
- Takes inventory and replenishes items for the daily operations as required
- Maintenance of coffee machines, ensure cleaning standard is followed on daily basis

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in similar role is required
- Previous 5* hotel experiences is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with passion for food and beverage services
